Kinetic Green has launched the E-Luna, giving the Luna a futuristic electric makeover, for an introductory price of ₹69,990 (ex-showroom). The electric two-wheeler is made right here in India, with a payload capacity of 150kg.
Under the hood, you will get a 2.2kW BLDC mid-mount motor alongside an IP67-rated 2kWh lithium-ion battery. Plus, it has fast-charging battery technology and swappable battery options too.
The E-Luna promises to take you on a 110km journey on one full charge, cruising at a top speed of 50kmph. And when it's time to juice up, the battery can be fully charged in four hours. Kinetic Green also says, in the future, you can expect more battery options with 1.7kWh and 3.0kWh packs.
The E-Luna is based on a dual-tubular, high-strength steel chassis. It's equipped with telescopic forks at the front and rolls on 16-inch wheels. Plus, safety's covered with its combi-braking system, ensuring you've got control when you need it most.
E-Luna, also features a CAN-enabled communications protocol and a digital instrument panel to keep you in the know. It comes loaded with cool extras like a USB charging port, three riding modes to suit your mood, and a detachable rear seat for added versatility. Safety's covered too, thanks to the side stand sensor.
The E-Luna comes in five colour options to choose from – Mulberry Red, Pearl Yellow, Night Star Black, Ocean Blue, and Sparkling Green. Keep an eye out because deliveries are about to kick off nationwide!
