Lamborghini Huracán Tecnica launched in India for ₹4.04 crore

Custom design your dream car

What is the next step for Lamborghini following the launch of the Urus Performante? Well, upgrading another one of their more popular models of course – introducing the Huracán Tecnica. Blending the Hurancan design with incredible technical purity, this car brings immense performance both on road and on track.

Lamborghini globally unveiled this model in April but now it is finally making its debut in India, featuring design cues from the Sian hybrid hypercar. The Sian-inspired angular bodywork on the front and rear fascia have a black finish. The supercar embraces a carbon-fibre bonnet and a more prominent diffuser at the rear this time around. Downforce on the car has seen a 35% increase courtesy of the fixed rear spoiler, resulting in about 20% less drag. The car even claims to deliver a weight-to-power ratio of 2.15 kg/CV. That said, the Huracan Tecnica, has skipped out on the wild aerodynamics package, weight-saving regime and the clamshell bodywork that’s present on the more hardcore STO.

On the inside, the Huracan Tecnica shares the same mechanical underpinnings as the STO, in the form of a 640hp, 5.2-litre, naturally aspirated V10 engine. This sends more power to the rear wheels via a 7-speed dual-clutch automatic gearbox. The Huracan Tecnica comes equipped with rear-wheel steering as well as carbon ceramic brakes. When it comes to outright performance, the speedster can achieve a top speed of 325kph and claims to go from 0-100kph in 3.2sec and 0-200kph in 9.1sec.

The Lamborghini Huracan Tecnica is priced at a cool ₹4.04 crore (ex-showroom) in India. And with a price like that, you want your car to look exactly how you imagined it as a child. Thankfully, Lamborghini’s Ad Personam department gives you the ability to customize your supercar with virtually unlimited colour and trim possibilities.
