LG's QNED 83 series TVs combine the power of Quantum Dot and NanoCell tech

LG has unveiled its latest QNED 83 series TVs, and presented it as the LED revolution's next big leap. The brand has brought together Quantum Dot and NanoCell technologies with a 120Hz refresh rate. Plus, it's got an array of features like Dolby Vision and Atmos, AI Super Upscaling, Local Dimming, and advanced gaming prowess.

Fueling the series is the new α7 Gen6 AI processor. With Virtual 5.1.2 channels, LG says the telly blankets you in a broader surround sound. Smart dimming, powered by deep-learning algorithms, works its magic to minimise the halo effect for sharper, more natural images.

There is something for the gamers too! The QNED 83 series has features like Game Dashboard and Optimizer, AMD FreeSync and VRR. Plus, navigating through smart features is also expected to be smoother with the revamped webOS, offering easy access to a trove of content including Netflix, Apple TV+, Disney+ Hotstar, and Prime Video.

The Multi-View feature lets you simultaneously display screens from two different sources, opening up possibilities in side-by-side, picture-in-picture, or double input modes. You can also explore the features like Quick Cards, Picture Wizard, User Profiles, ThinQ AI, and its got integration with voice assistants such as Google Assistant, Amazon Alexa, and Apple Airplay2.
