Maserati GranCabrio Folgore Tignanello is a sight to behold!

The first 100% electric luxury convertible

Maserati is revving up excitement with a customised twist on its latest model, the GranCabrio Folgore. The sleek electric luxury convertible, dubbed the GranCabrio Folgore Tignanello, is a special collaboration with Italian winery Marchesi Antinori, celebrating 50 years of their iconic Tignanello wine. The one-of-a-kind ride will hit the auction block at the Festival Napa Valley’s Arts for All Gala on July 14, with all proceeds zooming straight to charity.

The GranCabrio Folgore marks Maserati's debut into the electric luxury segment as its premier 100% electric convertible, also claiming the title of the fastest in its class. This vehicle blends performance, comfort, style, and elegance, featuring an advanced 800V battery system developed with Formula E-inspired technology solutions.

The GranCabrio Folgore blends high performance with Maserati's signature comfort and elegance. It features four seats, a soft top, and innovative amenities like a neck warmer and wind stopper, ensuring a cosy ride even in chilly conditions.

Inspired by the vineyard's soil, the Terra di Tignanello paint coats the vehicle in a chestnut hue with a coppery burgundy tint reminiscent of Tignanello’s wine barrels. Matte and gloss black finishes grace the rims and callipers, while glossy copper accents highlight the emblems, adding a touch of sophistication and flair.

The most enchanting details are found inside, where the essence of Tignanello is brought to life, celebrating the rich histories of both Maserati and the winery. The seats are adorned with leather accented by a multi-material silver and burgundy ribbed weave, crafted from Vegea—a fabric derived from vineyard remnants. This also marks the first use of Vegea in a Maserati. Dark briar wood with intricately laser-etched patterns adorns the panels, while the headrests showcase embroidered Maserati Tridents intertwined with Tignanello's iconic sun emblem, honouring 50 years of the wine's legacy.
