Mercedes-AMG GT63 & GT63 Pro

Autobahn Missiles Now Boarding

Mercedes-AMG just announced the launch o the second-gen GT63 and its even angrier twin, the GT63 Pro, in a parking-lot launch that was anything but low-key. Think of it as a smoke-filled teaser for AMG’s latest V8-powered blitzkrieg — hand-built, twin-turbocharged, and armed with 4MATIC+.

The GT63 is the luxury 4-seater missile with manners — 585hp, 800Nm, active aero, rear-wheel steering, and a Dolby Atmos-equipped Burmester system that sounds like Hans Zimmer scoring your 0–100 sprint. That happens in 3.2 seconds, by the way. Top speed? A cool 315km/hr.

The GT63 Pro has the same V8, just more pissed off. It throws in dynamic engine mounts, a suspension setup straight off DTM fever dreams, rear-wheel steering, carbon brakes, and even more aggressive aero. It’s also 60kg lighter, makes 612hp and 850Nm, and ditches the rear seats because weight-saving trumps passengers.

Inside, both cars get Mercedes’ latest MBUX setup: a 12.3” driver display, 11.9” central screen, and every digital bell and whistle short of launching rockets. But make no mistake — these are no mere show ponies. They’re ready for the track, more so than you are.

Prices start at ₹3 crore for the GT63 and ₹3.65 crore for the Pro. Or in AMG-speak: reasonable. Especially when AMG Track Experiences are incoming!
