MakeMyTrip has rolled out a GenAI-powered trip planner designed to guide you through your holiday—helping you plan smarter, book faster, and travel better. Available in Hindi and English, the multilingual assistant brings a chat-based twist to bookings, helping you pick destinations, plan itineraries, shop mid-trip, and even sort out post-travel odds and ends. It’s smart and it’s with you at every step, like a digital travel guide.
MMT’s new GenAI trip planner is basically Myra 2.0, an upgrade to the existing AI agent—with more brains and better conversation skills. This upgraded assistant brings a natural, chat-like experience to your holiday planning, letting you interact through both voice and text, as per MMT.
According to the brand, the GenAI assistant can handle complex, open-ended travel queries in both Hindi and English. Whether you're asking “Where can I go in August for a relaxing holiday with my kids?”, “Mujhe Udaipur mein ₹3500 ke budget mein 3-star hotel chahiye,” or “I want to explore South India—Madurai, Rameswaram, Kovalam, Kodaikanal. What’s the best route?”—the assistant is built to understand natural language and deliver relevant, personalised suggestions on the fly.
