Motorola Moto G35 5G debuts with Unisoc chip, FHD+ display and 4K video recording

Motorola’s latest budget-friendly 5G contender, the Moto G35 5G, has landed with a starting price of ₹9,999. Touted as the segment’s fastest 5G performer, it supports 12 5G bands and brings advanced tech like VoNR, 4×4 MIMO, and 4 Carrier Aggregation to deliver speedy, reliable, and low-latency connectivity.

Under the hood, the Moto G35 5G is powered by the Unisoc T760 processor, paired with 4GB LPDDR4X RAM and 128GB of UFS 2.2 storage, expandable up to 1TB. Up front, there’s a 6.7-inch FHD+ display with a variable refresh rate (60Hz-120Hz) and 1000 nits peak brightness in high-brightness mode, all protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 3.

On the camera side, you get a 50MP primary shooter with 4K video recording, an 8MP ultra-wide lens, and a 16MP front camera. Running on Android 14, the phone comes with the promise of an Android 15 upgrade and three years of security updates.

In terms of design, the Moto G35 5G stands out with premium vegan leather finishes and a 3D PMMA back, available in Pantone-validated Leaf Green and Guava Red, as well as a classic Midnight Black option. It also features an IP52 water-repellent rating, offering protection against accidental splashes. Keeping the device powered is a 5,000mAh battery with support for TurboPower 20W charging.
