While the Xiaomi 13 and 13 Pro have been positioned as premium blowers from Xiaomi, the 13 Lite takes a less serious task at hand. It’s made for people who use their front camera more than the rear. Your influencers and all, yes? Up front, there’s a 32MP main camera and an 8MP depth sensor for bokeh. Xiaomi has also added social media-esque features. Hop in a friend and the Dynamic Framing will adjust the frame to fit more folks into the selfie frame. There are also two dedicated lights buried in the bezels called the Xiaomi Selfie Glow for lighting up your mug evenly.
Apart from taking selfies, the Xiaomi 13 Lite will also be one of the first smartphones to feature the Snapdragon 7 Gen 1 processor. There’s a 120Hz FullHD+ AMOLED display, along with 8GB+128GB or 8GB+256GB. The 13 Lite also sticks to a diet and weighs just 171g and is 7.23mm thin. Xiaomi also managed to cram a 4500mAh battery with 67W fast charging chops too.
Oh, you want to know about the rear cameras? Well, there’s a 50MP primary with a Sony IMX766 sensor, an 8MP ultra-wide angle camera (Sony IMX355) and a 2MP macro lens. The Xiaomi 13 Lite Indian price and availability are not available at the time of writing.
