Panasonic introduced the Lumix G9II, the newest member of its top-tier G Series mirrorless cameras, in India. Panasonic says it has a 25.2MP Live MOS Sensor coupled with an upgraded engine, ensuring high-resolution images with richer colour tones and enhanced quality.

The Lumix G9II features pre-burst shooting, a 100MP handheld high-resolution mode for both Raw and JPEG formats, real-time LUT, and a new imaging engine that enables swift and precise autofocus for better image and video capture.

The Lumix G9II employs PDAF technology for autofocus and tracking of fast-moving subjects. With a burst shooting capability of 60 fps in AFC mode and 75 fps in AFS mode, and pre-burst recording, Panasonic says,  it ensures capturing moments before the shutter release. The Lumix G9II body is priced at ₹1,74,990, while the combo kit including Leica DG Vario-Elmarit 12-60mm/F2.8-4.0 ASPH/ Power O.I.S lens costs ₹2,28,990.
