Poco F6 is powered by Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 chipset and runs on Xiaomi's HyperOS

Hot off the press!

Poco has launched its latest mid-range smartphone, the Poco F6, right on the heels of Realme's GT 6T launch. The F6 is also flexing as the first smartphone to come with the Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 chipset in India.

The smartphone runs Xiaomi's HyperOS based on Android 14, right out of the box, plus it promises three years of Android updates and four years of security updates. The Poco F6 features a 6.7-inch 1.5K 12-bit OLED display with its 120Hz refresh rate, Gorilla Glass Victus protection, and a peak brightness that can (probably) rival the sun at 2400 nits.

The F6 comes with dual camera setup on the back, starring a 50MP primary camera with a Sony IMX-822 sensor that's also got OIS, along with an 8MP ultra-wide-angle lens. And, a 20MP selfie camera on the front, featuring an OmniVision OV20B sensor.

To keep the phone up and running there is a 5,000mAh battery with 90W fast charging support. The F6 also features an in-display fingerprint sensor and its IP64 rated for water and dust resistance. The Poco F6 is priced at ₹29,999 for the 8GB RAM with 256GB storage variant, ₹31,999 for the 12GB RAM with 256GB storage variant, and ₹33,999 for the 12GB RAM with 512GB storage variant.
