Redmi 13C launched in India for a starting price of ₹7999

If you are one of those who sees a mobile phone for what it is – a tool to keep you connected with the rest of the world — this latest offering by Redmi can sure be a great option for you. The smartphone manufacturer launched the newest models in its 'C' series of smartphones — the Redmi 13C and Redmi 13C 5G phones for a starting price of ₹7999.

The Redmi 13C features a 6.74-inch HD+ display with a 90Hz refresh rate and a peak brightness of 450 nits. Under the hood, it runs on the octa-core MediaTek Helio G85 chipset, coupled with a Mali-G57 MP2 GPU.

Regarding its camera setup, the Redmi 13C has a triple rear camera arrangement comprising a 50MP primary sensor, a 2MP macro lens, and an additional 2MP lens. For selfies and video calls, it sports a 5MP front-facing camera. Powering this device is a 5,000 mAh battery, compatible with an 18W charger. However, it's worth noting that the phone is bundled with a 10W charger in the box.

The Redmi 13C 5G, on the other side, shares the same 6.74-inch HD+ display but with added Corning Gorilla Glass protection and an enhanced peak brightness of 600 nits. It is powered by MediaTek Dimensity 6100+ SoC and Mali-G57 MC2 GPU.

When it comes to pricing, the Redmi 13C starts at ₹7,999 for the 4GB RAM/128GB storage variant, ₹8,999 for the 6GB RAM/128GB storage variant, and ₹10,499 for the 8GB RAM/256GB storage variant. Meanwhile, the Redmi 13C 5G is priced at ₹9,999 for the 4GB RAM/128GB storage variant, ₹11,499 for the 6GB RAM/128GB storage variant, and ₹13,499 for the 8GB RAM/256GB storage variant.
