With mobile phones, laptops, and smart home devices all flexing AI, it was high time tablets got in on the action. Catching on to the trend, Samsung has rolled out the Galaxy Tab S10+ and Tab S10 Ultra. Touted as the world's first AI-powered tablets, the devices come with advanced Galaxy AI features.
Samsung says both tablets harness significant AI processing advancements for enhanced performance. The Galaxy Tab S10 Ultra features an 18% CPU boost, a 28% GPU increase, and a 14% NPU improvement compared to the Galaxy Tab S9 Ultra. With a dedicated AI key on the keyboard, you can access tools like Transcript Assist and Note Assist. Additional features include Sketch to Image and Gemini for multitasking and creativity. Plus, both tablets come with an IP68-rated S Pen.
The Galaxy Tab S10 series also doubles as a home AI device, featuring a 3D Map View for managing SmartThings connections, PDF Overlay Translation for easy document translations, and Handwriting Help for neater notes. The Tab S10 Ultra includes Sketch to Image for creative ideas.
It also includes the popular Circle to Search feature, so you can look up information without switching apps and translate content in an instant. The Galaxy S Pen’s Air Command offers quick access to AI features, while the Galaxy AI Key allows switching between Bixby and Google’s Gemini. The tablets are designed to integrate into Samsung’s expanded Galaxy Ecosystem, letting you switch between Galaxy devices.
Both the Galaxy Tab S10+ and S10 Ultra feature Dynamic AMOLED 2X displays. The S10 Ultra sports a 14.6-inch screen with an anti-reflective coating, dual 12MP front cameras, and a 13MP + 8MP rear camera setup. The S10+ is more compact with a 12.3-inch display, a single 12MP front camera, and the same rear setup. As for price, the Tab S10+ comes for a starting price of ₹90,999 while the Tab S10 Ultra starts at ₹1,08,999.
