Samsung’s first Online-to-Offline store opens in BKC, Mumbai

Techies’ playground, they call it!

Samsung opened its first Online-to-Offline (O2O) lifestyle store at Jio World Plaza malls in the bustling Bandra Kurla Complex – Samsung BKC. Sprawling over 8,000 sq ft, it's a tech haven displaying Samsung's top-notch gadgets, from smartphones to fridges, washing machines, and whatnot (quite literally), including (of course) the recently launched Samsung Galaxy S24 series smartphones (available for pre-order).

They've got over 1,200 choices in their digital catalogue. So, you can either shop from there or just order and your desired product will reach you anywhere in the country. There are eight lifestyle zones demonstrating how Samsung's gear fits into your life. From an immersive Hobby Room with an 85-inch 8K QLED TV for gaming to a futuristic Home Office with smart monitors and Galaxy Buds connectivity.

The Home Atelier displays premium TVs and AI-enabled Smart Yoga mats, while the Home Café features bespoke refrigerators and vacuum cleaners with customisable colours. The Connected Kitchen exhibits a chef's real-time cooking using AI-enabled appliances. The Intelligent Closet highlights AI-enabled washing machines, dryer, and energy management. The Private Cinema showcases the 110-inch MicroLED TV and seamless device control via the SmartThings app. The Mobile Zone centralises Samsung's flagship devices, including the latest Galaxy S24 series, tablets, laptops, and wearables.

Samsung is also bringing in a whole vibe with events and workshops in their Learn@Samsung program. Whether you're into digital art, fitness, or baking, there's something for everyone. Expect influencers and experts to spill the beans on Samsung's cool gadgets.

Plus, The Creator’s Workshop lets you jazz up your stuff—customise smartphone covers, add initials with crystals, and throw in fun charms for your Galaxy Watches. Oh, and you get a sneak peek at upcoming global products too. Samsung has also got an integrated service centre for repairs, appointments, and device pickup.
