Sennheiser Profile Wireless is an all-in-one microphone system!

Sennheiser is cranking up the audio tech game for creators in India with its latest drop—the Profile Wireless microphone system. The two-channel 2.4GHz setup, designed for content creators and producers, connects to mobile phones, cameras, and computers. Plus, it works as a clip-on mic, handheld mic, or table-top microphone—ready to rise to any occasion.

Sennheiser says the Profile Wireless includes everything for capturing high-quality audio with ease of use. It features a multifunctional charging bar that stores and charges the system’s key components and doubles as a handheld or desktop mic. The charging bar holds a two-channel mini-receiver with an OLED touch display, two pre-paired clip-on microphones that automatically sync with the receiver, magnetic clips for attaching the mics to delicate clothing, and adaptors for connecting the receiver to mobile phones or camera cold shoe mounts.

With a wireless range of up to 245 meters, the system ensures clear audio, even over long distances. Each clip-on mic comes with 16GB of onboard memory, allowing up to 30 hours of 24-bit / 48kHz audio recording.

To prevent audio loss, the Profile Wireless comes with a Backup Recording Mode that kicks in automatically if the wireless signal weakens. There's also a Safety Channel Mode that records backup audio at a lower volume, reducing the risk of clipping. By recording simultaneously at two different audio levels, the system maximises dynamic range and ensures clear sound. The integrated handheld mic offers over 15 hours of runtime, and the Profile Wireless allows mic use even while recharging, as per Sennheiser. The unique thread mounts on the components are a signature Sennheiser touch, ensuring seamless workflows.
