SpongeBob SquarePants: The Cosmic Shake to be fully localised for Indian audiences

Aye aye, captain!

With India surpassing China to become the most populous country as of yesterday, it’s not shocking that the creators of SpongeBob SquarePants: The Cosmic Shake have decided to make the game completely localized for India with Hindi voiceovers, subtitles and a Hindi user interface. This will make the game one of the first international PC and console games to do so.

With Bikini Bottom going desi, the brand-new adventure SpongeBob SquarePants: The Cosmic Shake, arriving on PC, PlayStation 4, Nintendo Switch, and Xbox One on January 31st, 2023, allows you to explore seven diverse planets and don more than 30 cosmic skins to save the universe.

Additionally, you may interact with SpongeBob's constant pal Balloon-Patrick, meet your favourite Bikini Bottom residents who are voiced by their original actors and take in the in-game soundtrack, which includes 101 songs from the series, including Sweet Victory.

The game is currently available for digital pre-order. The game comes with the Costume Pack for free when pre-ordered. On launch day, the Costume Pack will also be for sale. On the PC, you can purchase it for ₹1,600 on Steam or the Epic Games Store, or for ₹2,499 on the Playstation 4 and Xbox One. RoboBob SteelPants, Mermaid Man Bob, JellyBob, Primitive Sponge, Dried Sponge, Opposite Day, and Band Geek will all be included in the costume pack.

So the real question is, “taiyaar ho bachcho?!!”
