Upliance 2.0 is an AI-powered smart cooking appliance, loaded with over 750 recipes

Upliance.ai has unveiled Upliance 2.0, the latest version of its smart kitchen assistant. Built on the brand’s UpAI platform, this upgraded model brings smarter cooking tools to the counter. It comes equipped with dedicated recipe modes for healthier meals like high-protein or low-oil dishes, promises quicker prep times, and even includes an automatic cleaning system to make post-cooking hassle-free.

The company says the Upliance 2.0 is now 40% faster than its predecessor and can heat up to 160°C for tasks like browning. It features a glass lid with a virtual flame indicator and a built-in weighing scale with macro-tracking to help monitor nutrition. You can also adapt meals to specific dietary preferences, including low-oil, high-protein, high-fibre, kid-friendly, and Jain options.

Backed by AI, the device offers access to more than 750 guided recipes, spanning Indian staples to global favourites, all developed and tested by Upliance.ai’s in-house team. It also generates recipes, allows for personalisation, and keeps track of calories, carbs, protein, and fat for smarter, health-focused cooking.

Upliance 2.0 also brings upgrades under the hood, with improved motor control for smoother chopping and stirring, plus mobile app integration that lets you operate it remotely, per the brand. Once recipes are synced, they’re available offline too, so cooking isn’t interrupted by connectivity issues.

In terms of design, most tasks are managed in a single multipurpose jar, while detachable parts make cleanup quick and simple. A heat-resistant glass lid ensures safety, and all accessories are crafted from food-grade materials for everyday cooking peace of mind.
