V12s Detect Slim Submarine is Dysons’ first wet-and-dry cordless vacuum cleaner

For the eternal desire of a spotless home!

Dyson has set sail with its maiden wet-and-dry cordless vacuum cleaner, the Dyson V12s Detect Slim Submarine and is now making waves in the Indian market.

The vacuum cleaner comes with a wet roller head which is engineered to precisely dispense water for spills and stain removal, and to tackle small dry debris like food crumbs. The head is basically for cleaning hard floors by combining hydration, absorption, and extraction tech. As per the brand, the vacuum has got an eight-point hydration system with a pressurised chamber to ensure every inch of the roller gets even water distribution and optimal saturation. The eight water jets, spaced out evenly along the roller, release 18 ml of water per minute.

There is also a motor-driven microfibre roller and a plate to extract contaminated water from the wet roller. It neatly deposits all that yucky stuff into a separate waste-water tray, so emptying it is easy peasy. The Dyson V12s Detect Slim Submarine has got a 300 ml tank for water that, as per Dyson, can tackle floors up to 1200 sqft. There is another 360 ml tank dedicated to collecting dirty water.

Besides the new wet cleaning head, the Dyson V12s Detect Slim Submarine is similar to the Dyson V12 Detect Slim cordless vacuum cleaner. Just like the latter, the V12s is also equipped with an optic cleaner head featuring a laser for detecting surface dust. The vacuum body is also fitted with a piezo sensor to measure the dust it sees and automatically adjust the suction power as needed.

The V12s Detect Slim Submarine has also got Dyson's filtration technology that is said to capture 99.99% of particles as small as 0.3 microns. Priced at ₹62,900, the Dyson V12s Detect Slim Submarine is waiting to be yours!
