ViewSonic's latest M10 projector takes a different route, ditching the usual single blue laser beam method. Instead, it shakes things up with its new RGB laser tech. The projector uses red, green, and blue laser diodes, thus broadening the colour spectrum to adhere to the BT.2020 standard, according to ViewSonic.
The M10 comes with a throw range spanning from 1.06m to 4.78m, a native resolution of 1080p and a maximum brightness of 2,200 lumens. ViewSonic says the M10 ensures instant autofocus using Time of Flight (ToF) and auto horizontal/vertical keystone correction. This flexibility should cater to various usage scenarios, including wireless screen mirroring and direct connections to smartphones. And, it even supports ceiling projection sans the need for a tripod.
The M10 also moonlights as a Bluetooth speaker with its built-in Harman Kardon speaker. You can also pair it up with wireless headphones via Bluetooth 4.2. The price of the ViewSonic M10 projector hasn’t been revealed yet; so stay tuned with us to know more about it.
