Vivo T4 Ultra launched in India, starts at Rs.37,999

Vivo has introduced its new mid-range premium offering in India—the T4 Ultra. Under the hood, it runs on a 4nm MediaTek Dimensity 9300+ chipset paired with the Immortalis-G720 GPU. The phone comes loaded with Funtouch OS 15 based on Android 15. Vivo has also promised long-term support, with the T4 Ultra set to receive three years of Android OS updates and four years of security patches.
The T4 Ultra features built-in generative AI tools, including AI Note Assist for summarising and translating content in over 20 languages, Live Text for instant text extraction from images, Circle to Search for real-time object lookup, and on-device Call Translation for multilingual conversations.
The smartphone packs a triple-camera setup on the rear, led by a 50MP main shooter featuring a Sony IMX921 sensor with OIS. It’s joined by an 8MP ultra-wide lens and a 50MP periscope telephoto camera that supports 3x optical zoom, up to 10x zoom, 100x digital ‘Hyper Zoom,’ and macro shots from as close as 15 cm, as per Vivo. On the front, the device houses a 32MP selfie camera for selfies and video calls. Plus, both front and rear cameras support 4K video recording.
It features a 6.78-inch 1.5K AMOLED display with a 20:9 aspect ratio, 120Hz refresh rate, HDR10+ support, and a peak brightness of up to 5500 nits. It’s shielded by SCHOTT Xensation α glass and carries an IP64 rating for water and dust resistance. Powering the device is a 5,500mAh battery with 90W SuperVOOC fast charging support.
The Vivo T4 Ultra is available in two colour options — Meteor Grey and Phoenix Gold, and comes in three configurations – the base variant with 8GB RAM and 256GB storage is priced at ₹37,999, the 12GB RAM and 256GB storage model is available for ₹39,999, while the top-end version offering 12GB RAM and 512GB storage comes in at ₹41,999.
