Vivo V60 5G launched in India for Rs. 36,999

With Snapdragon 7 Gen 4, ZEISS triple cameras and 6,500mAh battery

Vivo has launched the V60 5G in India, a photography-centric smartphone powered by the Snapdragon 7 Gen 4 chipset. It features an AMOLED display and a triple-camera system, with prices starting at Rs. 36,999.

The ZEISS-backed setup includes a 50MP main camera with OIS, a 50MP telephoto lens, and an 8MP ultra-wide sensor. Up front, there’s a 50MP camera dedicated to selfies and video calls.

The Vivo V60 5G comes with a 6.77-inch quad-curved AMOLED display, with a 120Hz refresh rate, 2392×1080 resolution, and 5,000 nits of peak brightness. Under the hood, it's got the Snapdragon 7 Gen 4 processor, paired with up to 16GB of LPDDR4x RAM and as much as 512GB of UFS 2.2 storage. The smartphone runs Funtouch OS 15 on Android 15, with Vivo committing to four years of Android updates and six years of security patches.

This year’s model takes a big leap in endurance, featuring a 6,500mAh battery with 90W wired fast charging. It also carries IP68 and IP69 ratings, giving it dust protection and the ability to survive submersion in up to 1.5 metres of water for roughly 80 minutes.
