Xiaomi Mi 11i HyperCharge is one of the fastest charging smartphones in the world

What are things that can be done in 15 mins? Maggi? Maybe yes, the 2-min promise is never true. Taking a bath? Definitely. Unless you’re in a tub. A hot cuppa? Hopefully. All that can be squeezed under 15 mins and surprisingly that’s all you need to start your day. That is the eventual habit that everyone is destined to follow and your smartphone will charge in that window where you’re forced to look away from dancing Reels and internet memes.

The HyperCharge is more than a proof of concept. It’s going to be on sale starting 12th December for ₹26,999 (6GB + 128GB) and ₹28,999 (8GB + 128GB). While the smartphone and its 120W brick is somewhat designed to zap power from the socket as quickly as possible, Xiaomi has also tweaked the insides to withstand the shortcomings of super fast charging. The 4500mAh is split into two for doubling the input rate while adjustable wattage and real-time current monitoring ensure a seamless charging performance. There’s also a vapor chamber to keep the insides cool.

There’s also a Xiaomi Mi 11i that doesn’t have the HyperCharge branding and comes with a 67W brick and a 5160mAh battery. Both smartphones have a MediaTek Dimensity 920 5G along with a 120Hz display. There’s a 108MP camera with 8MP ultra-wide and 2MP macro. If you want to feed your smartphone the power it needs at lightning speeds, only the HyperCharge can do it in Maggi-time.
