Unlike most watches in this segment, the Honor Choice Watch can distinguish human skin from other surfaces and disable health monitoring when it comes into contact with a non-living object.
You can select workouts from the 120 modes that the watch offers. The watch can automatically detect five types of sports—walking, running, cycling, elliptical machine, and rowing machine. It also indicates training effects, VO2Max (indication of cardiovascular fitness) and recovery time. The watch supports five major satellite positioning systems including GPS, GLONASS, Galileo, QZSS, and BeiDou for accurate tracking.
The watch pairs with your phone with Wear Sync app, which provides a wide range of watch faces. You can set an always-on display with a subtle old-style watch face. Apart from Bluetooth calling and other usual phone-linked features, it offers breathing exercises, drinking alert, sedentary alert and menstrual cycle reminder.
