AMD Radeon RX 7900 XTX and Radeon RX 7900 XT are powerhouses like never before

AMD has just unveiled the industry’s most advanced gaming graphics cards, the AMD Radeon RX 7900 XTX and Radeon RX 7900 XT, capable of delivering better performance and energy efficiency to power 4K and higher resolution gaming, no matter the demand! 

This is the first gaming graphics card to feature the advanced AMD Chiplet Design using AMD’s RDNA 3 architecture that delivers up to 54% more performance per watt than the preceding AMD RDNA 2. The new cards offer a host of new, enhanced features that improve the gaming experience significantly. The Chiplet Design helps deliver up to 15% higher frequencies with up to 54% better power efficiency. The flagship model– the AMD Radeon RX 7900 XTX delivers up to 1.7X higher 4K performance than the Radeon RX 6950 XT.

These cards also support DisplayPort 2.1 technology with UHBR 13.5, which enables high-refresh 4K (up to 480Hz) or 8K (up to 165Hz) gaming on next-gen displays. Additionally, AMD has announced loads of updates to its software suite. Among these updates stars the next version of the popular FidelityFX Super Resolution (FSR) temporal upscaling technology, FSR 2.2, which is expected to be available in Forza Horizon 5. The company also plans to release FSR 3 which will likely feature the AMD Fluid Motion Frames technology in 2023.

In other news, AMD also announced the AMD Advantage for Desktop PCs, which will bring the AMD Advantage framework to desktops, combining the top-of-the-line AMD Ryzen 7950x processors and AMD Radeon RX 7900 XTX graphics cards with AMD Software: Adrenalin Edition and AMD smart technologies to create the ultimate platform for gamers and creators, alike. 

The cards will likely be available from mid-December. The AMD Radeon RX 7900 XTX and the AMD Radeon RX 7900 XT will be priced at $999 (₹84,000 approx) and $899 (₹75,000 approx.).
