Apple BKC and Apple Saket are set to open in India on April 18th and 20th!

Mark thy calendars!

Well, well, well, it seems like Apple has finally decided to give India the privilege of having not one but two new retail locations! The first one, Apple BKC, will be opening up shop in Mumbai on April 18th, followed by Apple Saket in Delhi on April 20th. Apparently, these new stores are going to offer exceptional service and experiences for customers, which we hope involves blasting Bollywood tunes and handing out nimbu pani.

The barricade for Apple Saket has a unique design inspired by Delhi's many gates, which we can only assume is to keep out any rogue monkeys that might be causing a stir. Customers can expect to explore Apple's latest product lineup, get personalised service and support from the store's team of Specialists, Creatives, and Geniuses, and maybe even learn a thing or two about the Mughal Empire (ahem).

Meanwhile, Apple BKC has announced a special Today at Apple series called "Mumbai Rising" which celebrates the local community and culture in Mumbai. Visitors, local artists, and creatives will come together for hands-on activities with Apple's products and services. Who knows, maybe they'll even teach you how to take a selfie that makes you look like a Bollywood superstar or the “professional” photographers at the Gateway of India.

If you're excessively enthused by this news, you can download custom Apple BKC and Apple Saket wallpapers, groove to specially curated playlists on Apple Music that represent the sounds of Mumbai and Delhi, and learn more about the upcoming openings in India. Just make sure you mark your calendars for April 18th and 20th, and get there early to avoid being trampled by the crowds of Apple fans.
