Apple iPad (10th Gen) is now more affordable at Rs. 34,900

The entry-level iPad is now even more entry-level

Alongside the launch of the new Apple iPad Air and Apple iPad Pro models - the latter powered by the brand new M4 chip - was also a quiet announcement that will come as great news to bargain hunters. The Apple iPad (10th Gen) with a 10.9-inch screen, which has for long been the most affordable iPad in the lineup, now costs a bit less. Pricing for the budget iPad now starts at Rs. 34,900, down from Rs. 39,900 before the announcement.

Apart from this, the iPad mini (5th Gen) remains on sale at its existing pricing, while the iPad Air now comes in two size variants - 11-inch and 13-inch. The Apple iPad Pro remains the most powerful tablet in the lineup thanks to being powered by the new M4 chip.

This means that iPad pricing now ranges from a starting point of Rs. 34,900 for the 64GB iPad (10th Gen) to Rs. 2,59,900 for the top-of-the-line iPad Pro 13-inch variant with Wi-Fi and cellular connectivity. Of course, there's a bunch of options in between, and our recommendation for most buyers right now would be the new iPad Air 13-inch which can quite happily double up as a portable work machine as needed.
