Battlegrounds Mobile India is playable temporarily for three months

Let the 3-month trial begin!

While some gamers may feel like their hands have been tied for the last few months, Krafton, Inc., the creators of Battlegrounds Mobile India (BGMI), has announced the resumption of the game's operations in India. After months of anticipation and support from the Indian gaming community, BGMI will soon be available for download.

Krafton tends to adopt an "India-first" approach, which means they like to prioritize the Indian gaming ecosystem and invest in the local industry. They are focusing on collaboration, technology, and fostering growth. And boy, have they grown! BGMI achieved an impressive milestone by surpassing 100 million users in just under two years. That's a whole lot of people running around these virtual battlefields!

But it's not all about the game. Krafton, wants players to remember the importance of responsible gaming. He urges gamers to prioritize their well-being and follow responsible gaming practices. After all, they want players to have a safe and enjoyable experience, and not become permanent residents of their gaming chairs. It’s also after the government of India gave the greenlight to resume operations for a tentative period of three months.

The govt will monitor if Krafton complies with the pending issues of server locations and data security in this time period and then assess the future of the game here in India.
