Cricket 24 set to launch on 5th October

Phoenix from the Ashes

You have your basic FIFA fans and then you have the folk who are glued to the screen for 5-days at a time watching the nail-biting action of test cricket. If you belong to the latter, it may be time to grab your cricket bats and put on your virtual pads because Cricket 24 is hitting the shelf on October 5, 2023. Big Ant Studios and NACON have teamed up to create Cricket 24, a game that is bringing you teams and nations from all corners of the globe, giving you the most realistic cricket experience to date.

You can take your player from club cricket to international fame in Career Mode. Players can create and share their own custom content using the Academy feature, which is accessible on all platforms. You can challenge your buddies online, no matter which gaming platform they use, thanks to the cross-platform multiplayer support. Talk about bringing people together through the love of cricket!

The game boasts over 50 beautifully detailed stadiums that will transport you right into the heart of the action. What's cricket without the intense rivalry of The Ashes? Cricket 24 lets you live out your Ashes dreams with immersive cutscenes, press conferences, and even team training sessions.

With licenses for over 200 players and major cricket nations, Cricket 24 promises to bring all your favourite teams and tournaments to your fingertips. The fielding system has also undergone a complete makeover to give you the most realistic and responsive controls ever seen in a cricket video game.

The game will release on October 5, 2023, for PS5, PS4, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One and PC. Cricket 24 will be released for Nintendo Switch in November 2023, expanding its availability to a wider audience. Furthermore, gamers who buy the game on PlayStation 4 and Xbox One can enjoy a free upgrade when they purchase the latest generation of gaming hardware.
