Dell 24 Touch USB-C Hub is 23.8in monitor that can transform into a touchscreen tablet

Something to write home about?

Dell has rolled out a fresh gadget — the 24 Touch USB-C Hub Monitor (P2424HT), and it's slightly different from the regular run-of-the-mill screen. This 23.8-inch monitor can do a neat trick – it transforms into a touchscreen tablet thanks to its flexible stand and comes with up to 10-point touch meaning you can doodle, zoom, swipe, drag, tap and play piano (okay, maybe not that last one). Plus, it's got the colours down pat – 99% sRGB across a wide viewing angle thanks to IPS tech.

The stand lets you flip this monitor from a regular desk buddy to a 60-degree touchscreen tablet setup. So, whether you're working or playing, it's good to go. You can also tweak the height, tilt it, swivel it, and even give it a little slant. Plus, it's got protective cushions on its belly to keep it safe from accidental bumps when the stand is all compressed.

New for this Dell monitor is an Ethernet port. Dell even boasts that it's the "world's first 23.8-inch touch monitor with Ethernet connectivity." Sure, you might have spotted Ethernet ports on monitors, and you might have even seen them on touchscreens. But a 23.8-inch touch monitor rocking Ethernet? That’s quite a claim to fame, wink wink!

The USB-C port here is a heavyweight, delivering 90W of juice to your computer. Plus, you've got an HDMI 1.4 port and a DisplayPort 1.2 connector.Dell has even thrown in three USB-A ports, an extra USB-C downstream port, an audio line-out, and, of course, that Ethernet it's been raving about. The new Dell 24 Touch USB-C Hub monitor is priced for ₹26,999.
