Jio AirFiber goes live in India for a starting price of ₹599

A couple of days after we gave you the scoop on Jio AirFibre, Jio has now officially launched it in India! It's available in eight cities to kick things off, including Ahmedabad, Chennai, Bengaluru, Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata, Hyderabad, and Pune. If you stay elsewhere in the country, your turn might just be around the corner! 

Jio AirFiber delivers fast broadband connectivity so you can take your entertainment experience to a new level and fortify your home's security, thanks to support for CCTV cameras. Plus, it's set to power up your cloud PC and fuel your Internet of Things (IoT) devices too. 

Jio AirFiber is serving up two plan categories. First up, is the Jio AirFiber Max, and then there's the classic Jio AirFiber. The Jio AirFiber Max – has three plans priced at ₹1499, ₹2499, and ₹3999.

With the ₹499 plan, you're in for a treat at 300 Mbps.The ₹2499 plan takes it up a notch to 500 Mbps and if you're craving the ultimate turbo boost, the ₹3999 plan serves up a 1000 Mbps speed. No matter which plan you choose, you'll also score access to a trove of 550+ digital channels and a lineup of 14 OTT apps –Netflix, Amazon Prime, and JioCinema Premium are all on the menu. 

If you're rolling with the standard ₹599 plan, you'll cruise along at 30 Mbps. But if you're after a bit more oomph, the ₹899 and ₹1199 plans crank it up to 100 Mbps. With the ₹599 and ₹899 plans, you're treated to a smorgasbord of 550+ digital channels and a generous helping of 14 OTT app subscriptions. But if you're aiming for the top shelf, the ₹1199 plan is where the party's at. It not only offers the same 550+ digital channels but also throws in the big guns: Netflix, Amazon Prime, and JioCinema Premium. When you hop on board, Jio will kit you out with a router, a 4K Set-Top Box, and a Voice-Activated Remote. Now, let's talk speed.
