OnePlus has unveiled the Ace 5 and Ace 5 Pro smartphones in China. Both models feature a 1.5K BOE X2 flat display, with a peak brightness of 4500 nits. The camera setup includes a 50MP main sensor, an 8MP ultra-wide lens, a 2MP macro lens, and a 16MP front camera.
The Ace 5 Pro is powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite SoC, featuring a 3.31 million score on AnTuTu. OnePlus also introduces what is said to be a first in the industry – Fengchi Gaming Core tech, delivering native 120 fps at 1080p. The device is designed with efficient heat management in mind, featuring a dual ice core 6004mm single-layer VC heat sink and a chip air duct for optimal cooling.
Both smartphones also bring advanced connectivity, with ultra-long-range smart Bluetooth and gaming Wi-Fi chip, the G1. Powering the device is a 6100mAh glacier battery, capable of charging to 52% in just 15 minutes and reaching a full charge in 36 minutes, thanks to 100W flash charging, as per OP.

The Ace 5, powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 SoC features a 6400mAh carbon silicon battery with a high energy density of 859 Wh/L and supports 80W fast charging. The Ace 5 is expected to hit India and other global markets next month, rebranded as the OnePlus 13R, with some adjustments to its camera and battery specs.
The Ace 5 starts at 2299 yuan (approx. ₹26,830) for the 12GB + 256GB model, while the Ace 5 Pro begins at 3399 yuan (approx. ₹39,665) for the same configuration.
