OnePlus has dropped the new Buds Ace 2 TWS earphones alongside the Ace 5 and Ace 5 Pro in China. It features 12.4mm dynamic drivers, AI-powered dual microphones, and active noise cancellation (ANC) to block out the world. Plus, the ambient transparency mode lets you tune back into your surroundings when needed.

The Ace 2 earphones have a classic in-ear design with rounded stems. Plus, it has BassWave 2.0 for an enhanced bass experience. You can fine-tune your sound with 10 levels of bass adjustment, while the 3D spatial audio system wraps you in lifelike sound, as per OnePlus. And, it has Bluetooth 5.4 and a low 47ms latency, decent for gaming and music alike.
Durability is key, with TÜV Rheinland certification that includes extreme temperature tests, over 20,000 lid openings, and drop tests for both the case (1.5 meters) and earbuds (1.8 meters). On top of that, it’s IP55-rated for dust and water resistance.
The OnePlus Buds Ace 2 comes with a 58mAh battery in earbuds, while the charging case packs a 440mAh cell. Expect up to 12 hours of playback on a single charge and 43 hours with the case, as per the brand. The case also features a magnetic design and a USB Type-C port for quick charging.
As for the price, the OnePlus Buds Ace 2 is sold at 169 Yuan (approx. ₹2000) in China.
