With no shortage when it comes to TWS headphones in the market, OnePlus has set out to add to the chaos of choice with the Nord Buds CE wireless earbuds set to launch in India on August 4th. If you happen to be new to this, CE stands for Core Edition in the OnePlus ecosystem, meaning they are likely to be similar to the Nord Buds but are more affordable.
The Buds CE come with 13.4mm titanium dynamic drivers and powerful bass, with a unique closed-tube design that boosts the booming bass up to 3dB. The buds have four suitable EQ modes– Bass, Serenade, Balanced and Gentle. They also come with 4.5-hour battery life, 20 hours with the case (pretty much what you’d expect for the price). The semi-in ear design helps the buds fit snuggly with ultra-light pressure. For connectivity, the buds come with Bluetooth 5.2 and ultra-low latency (94 ms) and a special Game Mode.
The earbuds come in two colour variants - Moonlight White and Misty Grey and an IPX4 water-resistance rating. Don’t worry if you can’t wait another three days to get your ears into some TWS headphones, you can always check out the Belkin Soundform Rise or Google Pixel Buds Pro that launched recently (though they might be ten times the price).
