OneXPlayer has announced its latest gaming handheld, the OneXPlayer X1 8840U. The device is expected to pack plenty of power thanks to its AMD Ryzen 7 8840U processor featuring Zen 4 architecture with 8 cores running at 3.3 GHz.

The OneXPlayer X1 8840U is equipped with a Radeon 780M graphics card. Its LPDDR5X dual-channel RAM can be expanded up to 64GB, providing ample memory for multitasking and gaming. Its 3-in-1 design lets you switch between handheld, tablet, and laptop modes, offering flexibility for different gaming setups. The handheld features a 10.95-inch LTPS display with a 120Hz refresh rate, a resolution of 2560x1600, a 16:10 aspect ratio and 540 nits brightness. Powering all these features is a 65.02Wh battery, ensuring long gaming sessions without the need for frequent recharging.

The OneXConsole Software offers extensive customisation options for your handheld device. You can adjust the TDP power consumption, fine-tune CPU and GPU frequencies, and program controllers according to your preferences. Additionally, you have control over the fan speed, plus you can choose RGB lighting options, and adjust display settings to enhance your gaming experience.
