The Sony WH-1000XM6 headphones get improved active noise cancellation thanks to the QN3 noise cancelling processor and 12 built-in microphones to constantly listen and process incoming noise. For connectivity, there's Bluetooth 5.3, with support for the SBC, AAC, LDAC, and LC3 codecs. The headphones have 30mm drivers and a frequency response range of 20-40000Hz when using the LDAC codec. Battery life of up to 40 hours is promised, and you'll also get app support on both iOS and Android.

There are changes to the design as well, with a wider headband and stretchable material for the ear pads. The folding mechanism for easy storage is there, and you'll also get a convenient carry case for the headphones and included cables.
