Delta emulator is the first gaming emulator on the iOS App Store

After all, it was only a matter of time!

The Delta emulator has made its debut on the Apple App Store, and it's completely free. This marks a notable milestone as the first major game emulator for the iPhone to receive official approval from Apple. It offers a wide range of console emulation, spanning from the original Nintendo Entertainment System to the Nintendo 64 and Game Boy colour.

The app offers on-screen buttons that adapt their layout and appearance to mimic the system you're emulating. The app also supports Bluetooth controllers such as the Xbox One Series S or PS5 controllers, allowing you to customise their layout or assign additional buttons for functions like quick save state or fast-forward through long, unskippable cutscenes or startup logos in classic games.

Delta includes several additional features, such as automatically fetching box art for your games and the option to customise this art using its built-in database or your images. You can also import controller skins or create their own. Moreover, Delta supports multiplayer for the NES, SNES, and N64 (up to four players) as well as AirPlay streaming.
