Santo S1

If you are the kind of person who requires constant on-screen action to unwind, don't miss Santo. The thrilling crime and action series that sometimes resembles terror portrays the story of Santo, the world's most-wanted drug dealer whose face has remained a mystery over the years. Two police officers, Cardona (Bruno Gagliasso) and Millán (Raúl Arévalo), set out to catch him and are initially radically opposed and will have to learn to collaborate and understand each other to solve the case and stay alive.

Broad Peak 

The journey isn’t over yet. This epic adventure is the true story of legendary Polish mountaineer Maciej Berbeka. 25 years after climbing Broad Peak mountain, he learns that one of his greatest achievements, his journey to the summit was incomplete. Harnessing every ounce of willpower he has, he sets out once again to finish what he once started. A truly inspiring story to say the least.

Jogi 

Set during political unrest in India during the 1980s, triggered by the assassination of Indhira Gandhi. Three friends from different cities unite to save hundreds of people in their town. Despite the good nature of their actions, it is an uphill battle at every step. Starring Diljit Dosanjh, Amyra Dastur and Hiten Tejwani the film has been directed by Ali Abbas Zafar. Expect acts of heroism and sheer bravery in a heart-warming fashion.

Pinocchio

Taking a completely different tone from the rest of this list, Disney is making a live-action version of one of the most beloved childhood tales – Pinnochio (no lie). Starring Tom Hanks as the puppet-maker, watch the adorable tale of the little puppet who is brought to life by a fairy, who sets him on the path of a virtuous life to become a real boy.

Goodnight Mommy

This chilling story is the tale of twin brothers who arrive at their mother’s house, only to find their mother’s face covered in bandages. Starring Naomi Watts, the children soon start to doubt whether the woman is their mother or someone else. This horror film is Hollywood’s remake of the 2014 Australian film of the same name.

Ramarao on Duty

With Ravi Teja leading the pack, this is a story of an honest government officer fighting against the red sandalwood mafia. Despite his virtuous nature, he is willing to bend the rules with ease when it comes to fighting the lapses in the system. Upon being transferred to his village, he faces new challenges and is forced to confront new kinds of evils. The film is set in 1995 and stars the likes of Divyansha Kaushik, Rajisha Vijayan, and Venu Thottempudi.
