Lenovo and Aston Martin have collaborated to launch the ThinkStation P series in India

(CP)U need this pairing!

It seems to be the season for collaborations between car manufacturers and computer designers. First, we got MSI x Mercedes AMG and now, just down the grid, we get a unique collab between Lenovo and Aston Martin. Lenovo has unveiled its latest line of innovative desktop workstations, dubbed the ThinkStation PX, P7, and P5. These workstations are powered by Intel's latest Xeon processor technology and Nvidia RTX professional GPUs to bring performance and productivity for intensive workloads across diverse industries.

The design of the workstations, inspired by Aston Martin's iconic DBS Grand Tourer, incorporates elements of high-performance automotive engineering, including a 3D grill design. Enhanced cooling features, such as redesigned air baffles and a patented tri-channel cooling system, ensure optimal performance for CPUs, GPUs, memory, and storage. The modular design facilitates easy upgrades and serviceability.

The flagship ThinkStation PX boasts 4th Gen Intel Xeon Scalable processors with up to 120 CPU cores, yielding a 53% average performance increase over its predecessor. It supports up to four dual-slot Nvidia RTX 6000 Ada Generation GPUs, making it suitable for complex tasks like creative finishing and CAE simulations. The ThinkStation PX offers up to 2TB of DDR5 memory with fast data transfer using PCIe Gen 5 lanes, making it great for multi-user virtualization in mixed workflow setups.

The ThinkStation P7 introduces a new computing architecture with Intel Xeon W processors supporting up to 56 cores. It accommodates up to three dual-slot Nvidia RTX 6000 Ada Generation GPUs, excelling in graphics-intensive tasks and real-time rendering.

The ThinkStation P5, designed for solid modelling and compute-intensive tasks, houses Intel Xeon W processors with up to 24 cores and supports up to two NVIDIA RTX A6000 professional graphics cards.

All three workstations come with Lenovo's stringent quality standards, ThinkStation Diagnostics 2.0, ThinkShield support, and a three-year warranty, catering to demanding professional IT environments. The devices are priced starting from ₹1,20,000 and are available on Lenovo's official website.
